What are the dimensions of the pitcher?
The PitcherPro is 31.5 cm tall, with a top diameter of 10 cm and a bottom diameter of 8.5 cm.
What is flash filtration?
Just fill the jug with tap water and you'll have ready-to-drink water, thanks to the tube-shaped air channel that allows for more efficient filtration, with no need to wait.

How to top up?
Remove the lid and unscrew the refill from the top. Insert a new refill and screw it back into place.
Fill the jug with water and allow the water to run through the filter before first use
Why is it beneficial to increase water's alkalinity to improve its taste?
The refill contains alkaline spheres, composed of alkaline minerals that help to slightly increase the pH of the water (between 0.5 and 1 pH unit).
These spheres also help to reduce the water's oxidation-reduction potential (ORP). The more negative the ORP value, the lower its oxidizing potential, which can help to reduce metallic or unpleasant tastes in the water.
